Wilmer Valderrama sued by neighbour over party noise

Wilmer Valderrama is embroiled in a legal dispute with his neighbour in Los Angeles over allegations the actor has been throwing wild parties at his home.

The That '70s Show star has been sued by his next-door neighbour Baruch Eichenbaum, who claims he has written seven letters to Valderrama and made dozens of phone calls over the alleged noise disturbance, which has been going on over the course of several years.

Eichenbaum has filed papers at Los Angeles County Superior Court stating he has had to suffer "ongoing and continuing loud and disturbing noises from the property" and has even called police on several occasions.

He also claims to have contacted an animal control organisation over the noise from barking dogs at Valderrama's house.

Eichenbaum is asking a judge to order Valderrama to keep the noise down and demanding unspecified monetary damages, according to TMZ.com.
