Rebecca Ferguson has dumped her management and slammed them on Twitter, vowing to take them to court.
Modest Management, who have allegedly also been dismissed by Alexandra Burke recently, were criticised by the 'Nothing's Real But Love' singer for forcing her to work with a broken leg, and forbidding her from seeing her children.
Tweeting last night, she raged: "resorting to stalking my twitter the same people that watched me collapse ... And gave me a can of coke and said now go do your interview (sic)
"The same people that worked me so much I collapsed and had to say stop!!! I need to see my children you need to give me time off vile!!!!
"Was so exhausted I couldn't physically walk on my own but was still told I had to work!!! #vile"
She vowed: See you in court!!! #greedyvermon
"Be nice to have a nice new responsible caring management team!! Who care for me and my childrens well being #seeyouincourt!!!"
Stacey Solomon also recently parted ways with the company, but they still boast Leona Lewis, JLS, Amelia Lily, One Direction, Olly Murs and Little Mix on their roster.
The company declined to comment when contacted by Entertainmentwise.
