Have we got another royal romance on our hands? Unlucky in love Prince Harry is reportedly "smitten" with stunning actress Gabriella Wilde, 23 but it's not all good news for the royal as the blonde is said to be "put off" dating him because of Kate Middleton.

The royal stud has been linked to several women since splitting with long term love Chelsy Davy but is said to be quite taken with the 'Three Musketeers' actress.

While the royal is keen to take things further with Gabriella she is said to be put off by the "spotlight" that inevitably comes with dating a member of the royal family and especially following in the footsteps of the hugely popular Kate Middleton who has been praised for her transition from commoner to royal.

"Harry is a huge fan of Gabriella - and she likes Harry a lot. But she is very wary of becoming another Kate Middleton," a source told The Sun.

"She is put off by the huge glare of the spotlight that surrounds everything Kate does."

It's a complaint that Harry has heard before with Chelsy Davy reportedly breaking off their six year relationship because she didn't want to lead a public life.

The Prince has spoken openly about finding love and earlier this year hinted it was hard to find someone who was "willing" to take on the role of a royal.

“I'm not so much searching for someone to fulfill the role,” he said in an interview on US TV, “but obviously, you know, finding someone who would be willing to take it on”.
