Raven Symone was spotted hitting up a gay pride event in NYC yesterday adding fuel to the rumours that she is a closet lesbian.

The Sister Act actress appeared to be in high spirits as she gave a speech at the LGBT Pride celebration at the Big Apple's Great Hall.

Last month, Raven was forced to confront rumours she is a lesbian on Twitter after the National Enquirer alleged she is in a relationship with America’s Next Top Model cycle 18 contestant AzMarie Livingston.

Neither denying or admitting the claims she tweeted: "I’m not one, in my 25 year career to disclose who I’m dating. and I shall not start now. My sexual orientation is mine, and the person I’m datings to know. I’m not one for a public display of my life."

Do you think Raven is trying to tell us something by making an appearance at the event or was she simply showing her support?
