Nancy Dell'Olio claims she will have a "supermodel's body" by the end of 'Strictly Come Dancing'.

The 50-year-old Italian - the ex-lover of former England football manager Sven Goran Eriksson - is set to take part in the BBC One show when it returns to TV screens next month, and is looking forward to losing weight and toning up by the end of the stint.

She reportedly told a friend: "I already have a model's body but it will be even better by the time it's finished."

According to another friend, Nancy - who has taken up a tough training regime to get in shape - is determined to do as well as possible in the ballroom dancing show, and thinks she even has what it takes to win.

The pal told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Nancy is 100 per cent determined to succeed and is desperate to impress. She is working hard to make sure she stays in for as long as she possibly can."

Although the full line-up is yet to be announced, it is thought Nancy will be joined in the show by former 'Neighbours' star Jason Donovan, ex-footballer Robbie Savage and 'EastEnders' legend Anita Dobson.
