Michael Jackson's Dad 'In High Spirits' After Suffering A Stroke

Michael Jackson’s father has suffered a stroke.

Joe Jackson, 83, was driven to a Las Vegas hospital on Wednesday after suffering the mild stroke, according to a spokeswoman.

Angel Howansky said that he experienced trouble standing, moving and also complained of having pains in his head.

Thankfully, Joe was feeling better on Thursday and is expected to be released from the hospital on Friday.

CNN reports that he is "in very good spirits" after what is reportedly the third stroke for Jackson in five years.

His wife, Katherine, reportedly travelled to Sin City - where her spouse has a home - to be with him as he overcomes his illness.

She lives in California to look after her late son's three children, Paris, 15, Prince, 14, and Blanket, 10.
