LL Cool J has been reported to have paid for a bill at a pricey Beverley Hills Chinese eatery for a  group of strangers while eating out on Sunday.

The ‘Hey Lover’ rapper turned actor treated a group of five women to dinner after he got talking to the girls on a night out while eating dinner at the pricey Beverly Hills resturant Mr Chow, popular among celebrities.

Talking to TMZ, the women said they only noticed that the bill had been paid for when they asked the waiter for the bill and was told that the NCIS: Los Angeles actor had paid for the entire meal.

Not only managing to hit it off with the 44-year-old rapper turned actor, the ladies managed to take a quick snap with LL. In an attempt to remain courteous to LL's generosity, the ladies have remained schtum on exactly how much the meal cost.

Sometimes it pays to run into celebs! (Excuse the pun)
