Lindsay Lohan Finally Settles Car Hijacking Lawsuit

Lindsay Lohan has finally settled the 2007 lawsuit against her, which alleged that the actress hijacked a car and endangered the lives of three men.

Oh LiLo...

The actress has reportedly settled the lawsuit, which claimed that she abducted three men (ha!) and took them on a car chase through Santa Monica, all while under the influence of drugs.

The 2007 car chase is the very same that resulted in her second infamous DUI arrest, for which she served one day in prison.

Unsurprisingly, the three men pressed charges against Lindsay, claiming that the intoxicated star hijacked their car beforer taking them on a life-threatening drive down the PCH.

According to TMZ.com, the men truly believed that Lindsay's actions "endangered all of their lives" and, for one of the men in particular, the experience was a particularly terrifying one:

"It was the worst night of my whole summer."

The terms of the settlement have not been disclosed, although attorneys for both sides have confirmed that the lawsuit has been settled. A dismissal notice whas not yet been filed in court, although we imagine that will happen within the next couple of days.

Fingers crossed that this will help to close a chapter on that period in Lindsay's life...
