Kim Kardashian might have more than one reason to want to settle her divorce with Kris Humphries as according to TMZ the dragged out battle could be damaging her baby, with claims the star was forced to call out a doctor in the middle of the night due to stress.

Kim and Kris might have only been married for 72 days, but their divorce drama has been going for over 16 months. The website claims the on-going battle is getting too much for the pregnant 32 year-old, who is due to give birth in July, with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star called out medical help due to sever pains.

According to the claims, the doctor said her complaint was stressed related, warning the star it could have “long-term effects,” if she doesn't reduce her worries. With Kim understandably said to be worried by the diagnosis.

The claims are pretty serious, when the health of Kim's baby are under fire.

It comes as court documents were released by the same website, with Kris' lawyers claiming they don't understand an urgency in the divorce case just because Kim wants it over by the time she gives birth.

One document reportedly said: "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial."

The couple are expected to go to trial in March over their 72 day marriage, with Kris pressing for an annulment over claims Kim only married him for TV ratings.
