Justin Bieber was the center of more on-tour drama last night as a man rushed the stage during the star's Dubai concert and tried to attack him.

Biebs was performing in the city as part of his worldwide Believe tour. Toward the end of the night, when the 19-year-old was playing the piano during Believe, a man was seen running onto the stage and grabbing at the star from behind.

Luckily Justin managed to get free and quickly ran to the side of the stage as his security guards tackled the crazed fan. According to Belibers at the gig, the man managed to overturn the piano during the struggle, with The National Newspaper reporting:

"The security guards tussled with the offender who pushed the piano off its hinges and it clattered onto the stage, rendering it unplayable for the remainder of the show. "

Justin and his band reportedly continued to play without break, with the star only leaving the stage for his pre-scheduled encore minutes after the attack, what a pro!

Thomas Ovesen COO at Done Events in the city, told The National: "A young fan desperate to meet his idol did make his way on stage, but was immediately removed and Justin professionally continued with his show. As far as we know no further action has been taken against the youth."

Justin didn't seem too bothered by the scary incident though, taking to twitter later on in the night to reassure his fans: "Dubai. Nothing stops the show. 2 more to go. #BELIEVEtour"

The teen also retweeted a number of messages from fans and friend describing the incident:

It's been another dramatic few days for the pop sensation, with Justin reportedly arriving two hours late to his gig at Dubai's Sevens Stadium the night before.

According to reports the waiting audience began to boo the star as organisers told the crowd between 8pm and 10pm that Bieber "was on his way", al Arabiya reports. Many parents have since complained about their children being kept awake until the early hours since Sunday is a school day in Dubai.

Rachael Quborsi told Sky News that her 11-year-old daughter only returned home from the concert at 12.45am, raging: "I think it is disgusting that he can be over two hours late and he keeps on doing it. Who do these popstars think they are?" she said.

Bieber's late arrival comes after he kept fans waiting two hours at the O2 Arena on March 4 during his disastrous week in London.
