Halle Berry And Gabriel Aubry Reach A 'Truce' Following Messy Thanksgiving Punch-Up

30 November 2012

After Halle Berry's war of words with her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry reached feverpitch last week, it seems the former couple have reached an amicable truce and want to put the whole ugly incident behind them.

The showbiz world were left gobsmacked when photos of French-Canadian model Gabriel surfaced after a Thanksgiving bust-up with Halle's fiance Olivier Martinez, in which the 36-year-old bared two blackened and bruised eyes and reportedly cracked ribs.

Follwing the brawl, the mother-of-one took out an emergency order preventing Gabriel from seeing his daughter Nahla - however, the duo were able to reach an agreement moments before the order was due to expire yesterday.

Speaking on the now resolved situation, Halle's lawyer concluded: "The parties have reached an amicable agreement''.

Adding: ''There will be no further statement on the matter.''

The truce should ease the concern of friends who recently voiced their worries for the Oscar-winning actress' daughter Nahla, who they feel is the ultimate victim in the drama.

A pal told I: "They keep playing this game and Nahla is used as a pawn. It's her I feel sorry for."

Meanwhile, it seems the drama of the last week has made Halle reassess her life, with reports the beauty has put her Hollywood mansion where the brawl took place on the market for $15 million.
