Gwyneth Paltrow On Sex Life Revolution: 'It's Not Lights-Out Sex'

Gwyneth Paltrow, famed for her role as Pepper Potts in the 'Iron Man' films, has revealed that she holds fitness guru Tracy Anderson responsible for reigniting the sexual spark between her and Coldplay husband Chris Martin.

In a recent interview with Reebok magazine, the actress, who has appeared in hit US television series Glee, has waxed lyrical about the amazing effects Tracy Anderson's techniques have had upon her confidece, state of mind and libido:

"It did such wonders for my life, my confidence, my sex life, everything."

"When you feel your best, you're more confident in bed, It's not lights-out, under-the-covers sex. It's more like, 'Take a look at this!'"

But, rather surprisingly, the actress and the fitness guru didn't exactly get off to the best start - especially as Tracy very cuttingly slammed Gwyneth's body when she first saw her unclothed:

"I met Tracy and she was this force from the second I met her... She pulled my pants off. I’ll never forget it."

"She was like, 'Oh, my God, wow, I just am so surprised, because you look so good in clothes. I wasn’t expecting this.'"

We'd probably have broken down and cried at that point, but Gwyneth Paltrow kept up the regime and got herself that smokin' hot body we all know and love today. Chris Martin, you're a VERY lucky man!
