The Oscars dominated fashion news this week with Jennifer Lawrence tripping on her Dior gown, Kristen Stewart looking a mess and Anne Hathaway's nipples taking on a life of their own. Elsewhere Cara Delevingne became the face of Burberry Body Tender and Rihanna landed a fashion exhibition, while Rachel Weisz upstaged Mila Kunis at their movie premiere. Phew!

Hollywood stars plan their outfits for the Oscars months in advance but this year Anne Hathaway and Jennifer Lawrence were caught out by their last minute dress decisions.

Jennifer admitted she had one dress fitting for her Dior haute couture gown just hours before the ceremony, spelling disaster when she tripped over its long train in front of millions.

Anne Hathway unexpectedly switched from her beloved Valentino to a pink satin Prada column dress after she heard Amanda Seyfried's Alexander McQueen gown was too similar. Subsequently her pointy nipples (actually darted seams in the dress) dominated Oscars coverage, despite the fact she won Best Supporting Actress.

While Naomie Watts and Halle Berry stunned in on trend Armani Prive metallic dresses, Kristen Stewart and Heidi Klum shocked in ill-advised gold gowns.

The Twilight star looked uncomfortable as usual, turning up on crutches with knotted hair and bruises on her arms. Meanwhile, Heidi Klum's plunging neckline and sheer panelling gained her tons of attention for all the wrong reasons... put it away love!

Later in the week Miranda Kerr was a hit in canary yellow at the launch of the 'Fabulous' collection for Victoria's Secret Angels at the Herald Square store in New York. It's not easy to pull off such a daring shade but the model's dress looked perfect with her brunette locks.

Glee star Lea Michele gave us all an eyeful at the Paley Center in Beverly Hills wearing underwear as outerwear. We loved the sultry flash of lace covering her cleavage!

Rachel Weisz and Mila Kunis turned heads in London on Thursday, with 42-year-old Rachel upstaging Mila in an on-trend nude Michael Kors gown that left Mila's ruffled Alexander McQueen number looking drab..

Friday brought the news that Rihanna's most famous outfits will be exhibited at the Opening Ceremony New York flagship store in celebration of her River Island clothing line, while her buddy Cara Delevingne will star in the latest Burberry fragrance campaign, Burberry Body Tender.

Best dressed of the week goes to Rachel Weisz while worst has to be Heidi Klum - just plain wrong! What did you think of the star's Oscars choices?
