FAKE Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Baby North 'Pictures Being Sold'

25 June 2013

Pictures claiming to be leaked images of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's new baby daughter, North, are being shopped to news outlets, but insiders close to the couple have revealed the snaps are in fact fake.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star gave birth to her first child on June 15, a reported five weeks before her due date. According to TMZ the images were sent to "friends" by new mum Kim, but only to see if any would sell them onto the tabloids, sources revealed.

The plan was reportedly hatched, insiders claimed, as the new mum had a feeling baby photos of North would be sold to the tabloids. The gossip site claims the images were sold to them by an insider who claimed it was a genuine picture of baby North, though sources close to the couple have confirmed it's not real.

The site claims they had not only sold one faux picture, but two. We've contacted a rep for the new parents, to check out the faux pics and whether Kim was in fact behind the scheme. Since the arrival of baby North speculation is rife over who will get the first images. Check out the reported fake images here.

The A list couple insisted during the pregnancy they wanted privacy for their first child, whether or not the couple would sell the first photo has remained ambiguous, with insiders claiming the photo might not be the million dollar pay out they were hoping for.

“The million-dollar pay deal is now nonexistent,” an insider told the New York Daily News, “They will sell the baby photos, but not for what they want. It is not going to be a million-dollar payday.”

“People magazine is the most likely bidder and they will probably pay between $200 and $400K,” the source went on,“The Kardashians have dealt with Us Weekly in the past and they too have the budget for a big spend.”

People paid a record $14 million for the exclusive first pictures of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's twins Vivienne and Knox, though it's doubtful 'Kimye' will be able to swing that kind of price tag.

According to a recent report the Yeezus rapper, is keen to do a reveal on social network like BFFs Jay-Z and Beyonce.

“He thinks it makes them both look bad,” a source told Life & Style, “It encourages unwanted attention. Kanye just wants to release a shot of their kid on Tumblr or Instagram, similar to what his buddy Jay-Z did with Blue Ivy.”

Ahead of his baby's birth West spoke in an interview about just how protective he is going to be of his baby.

West told The New York Times: "One of the things was to be protective, that I would do anything to protect my child or my child's mother."

He said: "As simple as that. Well, I just don't want to talk to America about my family. Like, this is my baby. This isn't America's baby."
