Dallas stars hold tribute to Larry Hagman on set

Larry Hagman's Dallas co-stars gathered together on the set of the hit show to pay tribute to the late star on Tuesday.

Veterans Linda Gray, Patrick Duffy and Ken Kercheval are reprising their roles in the drama alongside new stars Jesse Metcalfe and Josh Henderson, and they are currently shooting the second season of the show's reboot.

The cast and crew were left reeling when Hagman passed away on Friday following a battle with throat cancer and leukaemia, and his tearful pals came together on the Dallas set on Tuesday morning to remember their colleague.

The actors and crew members swapped stories about Hagman and recalled their favourite memories of the star.

In a post on Twitter.com Gray, who played Hagman's onscreen wife Sue Ellen Ewing in the show, writes, "We had a beautiful gathering... on the Dallas set where cast and crew shared stories about Larry Hagman."
