After Fox News presenter Andy Levy fired shots at Chris Brown, most of Breezy's fans were outraged and now the singer has responded indirectly to the 'Halftime Report' jibes.
Levy pretended to make an apology to Breezy and was actually making a sarcastic joke, in his segment, he said: "I want to talk about something that happened on Tuesday night. About 8 o'clock here on the east coast, R&B singer Chris Brown, tweeted, 'No more planking for me unless it's on a sexy lady. Lol.' So I saw this tweet and I retweeted it adding, 'You spelt 'punching' wrong.'"
He continued: "Obviously in reference to the fact that Brown was arrested in 2009 for assaulting his then girlfriend Rihanna. But now in the light of day, I'd like to apologise to Chris Brown and to his fans that are known as 'Team Breezy.'"
Levy also added: "To Mr.Brown, I apologise for referencing the fact that you beat the crap out of Rihanna. It was disrepesctful of me to drawe attention to the fact that you put your girlfriend in the hospital."
This weekend, Chris Brown chose not to directly respond to Fox news channel, but did tweet: "People who focus and dwell on the past issues obviously have issues of their own. Moving on and learning from mistakes is life."
The 22-year-old also added: "Most news channels actually let people know about the problems in the world instead of worrying about me as an entertainer!"
Should Fox News quit hating on Chris Brown?
