It looks like Strictly Come Dancing star Kimberley Walsh has a super cheerleader in the form of Cheryl Cole.

Having revealed that Cheryl "forced" her to take part on the show, Kimberley has now been ordered to "shake that juicy a**", as she gears up to take to the dancefloor and wow the judges with her moves.

Receiving a good luck tweet ahead of the first show of the new series on Saturday night, from pal and X Factor judge Gary Barlow, who wrote: "Good luck @KimberleyJWalsh you don't need it", Kimberley also received a cheeky message from her Girls Aloud band mate.

"@KimberleyJWalsh Yess Kimberley !! Shake that #juicyass", Cheryl cheekily wrote, according to Now magazine.

Revealing to The Sun recently that she has been getting some tips from Cheryl, the Girls Aloud band member said: "Cheryl's never been asked to do Strictly but she wouldn't be allowed - she's too good."

"She has been helping me with some steps. I asked her to show me an absolutely basic waltz, but even then I forgot after about five minutes."

The star, who has been paired with Pasha Kovalev, couldn't hide her excitement about being paired up with him, tweeting:

"So happy with my amazing dance partner @PashaKovalev!!! Cannot WAIT to get my dancing shoes on and get training. #SCD Show him some love! X."
