Sadly with 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2' it's the end of 'The Twilight Saga', but alas life goes on, and Kellan Lutz has moved on quickly by signing up to a new indie comic book movie.
Lutz has signed up to 'Tatua', a film about a man with a rare blood type that allows him to be tattooed with a special ink that enables him to pull weapons out of his skin.
It may be step down from the super human powers he had as a vampire in 'Twilight', but this skill comes in handy as an assassin. 'Tatua' is based on an original story by Paul Jenkins and Rob Prior.
Lutz play Emmett Cullen in the vamp saga, the adopted son of Esme Cullen and hubby of fellow adoptee Rosalie Hale. Emmett fought with the Cullens against the villainous Volturi in 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2'
But now Kellan, who's in the past admitted that he's a bit of a scientist, is off to pastures new, and is set to bring his formidable torso to work alongside producer Rick Schwartz in the new project.
Schwartz told Deadline: "Kellan was in the foreground and the background of the 'Twilight Saga' films, but he is a formidable physical presence and this is an opportunity for him to step up.”
