Big Brother 2012: Victoria Becomes First Housemate To Be Evicted

Big Brother 2012 has only just begun but for one unlucky housemate their Big Brother journey is already over: Victoria you have been evicted, please leave the Big Brother House.

The first eviction of the series had to be held inside (a first in Big Brother history) due to the atrocious British weather. This meant Victoria had to leave through the diary room, to be greeted by a smaller audience than a usual eviction.

“It’s fine, it’s absolutely fine,” Victoria announced with a smile on her face after host Brian Dowling revealed that she would be leaving the show. She didn’t look surprised at the announcement and given the events we saw unfold earlier in the episode, it’s understandable why.

Firstly there was Salad-gate. Lydia made the whole house a salad however Victoria questioned whether it was a "joke", obviously not impressed by the size of the offering. Victoria needed to have a lie down after the incident, complete with bunny sleep mask.

The housemates also played a game of Spin the Bottle, which saw kisses (mainly from Benedict) and truths from all the housemates – particularly Aaron. Answering a question of “Who would you marry, snog or evict?” Aaron chose to evict Victoria. Victoria was not impressed and confronted Aaron later, who told her she wasn’t joining in like everyone else and that the house would be fine without her.

Victoria was up for eviction following Deana’s live challenge on the opening show. As the first housemate in Deana won exemption from this weeks eviction however in return had to nominate three people to face the public vote. She chose Victoria, Lydia and Connor. Connor was announced as ‘safe’ first before Victoria was given her marching orders.

How do you think the house will change now Victoria has gone?
