Ashley Roberts Goes 'Back To Her Roots' In LA After Leaving The Jungle

After three weeks of sleeping rough and eating bugs, it’s no surprise that former Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts wanted to ‘go back to her roots’ and dye her hair in a little pampering session.

The I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! runner-up spent four hours in a Hollywood hair salon getting her blonde tresses back to their usual style.

And with her roots attended to and dressed in her chic-as-ever attire, the singer-dancer looked like she was back to her glamorous self.

After her trip to the salon she was engaged in a telephone call as she made her way back home, where she no doubt caught up on some much needed sleep after her jungle days.

Despite losing out on the jungle queen title to Charlie Brooks, the US star recently spoke out about her experience on the reality show.

Ashley claimed that she ‘couldn’t be happier’ and added: “It was tough and there have been times when I thought I was going out of my mind, as well as other times that were so amazing.

“It’s been such a rollercoaster ride, but I’m really proud of myself. Somehow I got through it mentally and physically.

During her time in the jungle, the star hit headlines when she revealed that she was never allowed to speak during her time as a Pussycat Doll with Nicole Scherzinger. But now she’s excited people have gotten to know the real her and the British public voted for her.

In an interview with Digital Spy, she said: “Coming from part of such a big pop group, I don’t think people got to know us as individuals. It’s nice than people can finally meet the real me.

“It’s pretty crazy that people have been picking up the phone and voting for me, but I’m very grateful for everything.”

Ahhh, we’re glad you’re enjoying yourself back in LA, Ashley. We don’t think this is the last we will see of the blonde bombshell, do you?
