Ariana Grande didn't have the best start to the Grammy awards last night with reports claiming the pop star burst into tears while on the red carpet after reportedly tripping over when trying to pose for the demanding photographers.
The 'Right There' singer looked lovely as she hit the red carpet yesterday in a black, strapless floral number teamed with powder pink heels with her hair tied up in her trademark ponytail and she appeared happy enough to pose for photos.

However, The Mirror reports that Ariana, 20, became overwhelmed with the directions being shouted at her from the paps causing her to have a little tumble.
A fan who was watching the red carpet live explained what happened in a series of tweets according to the publication: “I first hand watched what happened. Ariana was happy and she went with the best confidence on the red carpet. She was doing good at first.
“But then the paps yelled really loud all wanting her to look at them. she can't listen to all of them at once and they kept ordering her around. She made one mistake by moving left a bit too quick and when she tried to move back she tripped.”
They continued: “Eventually she got flustered and upset.” Another fan, @FaithfultoAri added: “@uhlyssao @ArianaGrande on the red carpet the paps kept yelling rude things to her and she got all nervous and sad and she cried backstage.”
