Billy Bob Thornton says he would be more than happy to go to ex-wife Angelina Jolie’s wedding.

The actor got married to her in 2000 but they split three years later. And if he gets invited to her and Brad Pitt’s nuptials, he will happily accept.

The 56-year-old told TMZ: “I’d be more than happy to go, absolutely.”

Even though they divorced nine years ago, it seems they are still close. Angelina even wrote an introduction for his autobiography, The Billy Bob Tapes: A Cave Full of Ghosts, earlier this year.

The 37-year-old penned: “He [Thornton] has an unmatchable wit and can make you laugh until your face hurts. I know one thing: The world would certainly be a hell of a lot more dull if that man weren’t in it.”

Billy Bob previously told the Huffington Post: “She’s a wonderful person. We’re great friends. There was never any bad blood.

“That was something people made up. She and I laugh about it.”
