Louis admits that when he first heard Tulisa would be joining the panel, he got exactly get what he was expecting.
Lou says: "She is a bit rough round the edges and when they announced she was on the panel I was expecting a chav in a tracksuit — which is what we got — but she's a lot of fun."
However, before you think he's being a bit too nice, Louis quickly adds: "She thinks she's a bigger star than she actually is though."
Despite this, Tulisa seems not too bothered and says the judges are 'getting along great'.
Outspoken Louis also admits he does worry that a new judge might jump into his seat although he aims to be around for at least another decade.
"Every year I get nervous that Simon Cowell will bring someone new in but I know the show and what works."
"My ambition is to get to 10 years on the show. After that we'll see. I don't want to be like Brucie on Strictly. I will know when it's time for me to give it up."
So that's one dig for Tulisa, another for Brucie!

However, Louis is missing one man on the panel: Mr X Factor himself, Simon Cowell.
The man behind Westlife reckons X Factor without Si is like The Rolling Stones minus Mick Jagger.
"The show has suffered without Simon. It's like the Rolling Stones without Mick Jagger.
But we are doing the best we can, although I miss him being there a lot. We are like Steptoe and Son. He may have a go at me but that is what he's like. He's the best."
Awww! We are sure Simon is missing you too, Lou!
