X Factor’s Amelia Lily lands three-album record deal

It seems missing out on winning X Factor isn't too bad, as Amelia Lily has bagged a record deal.

The 17-year-old singer came third on the talent show, but she's come out on top now.

Amelia has signed a three-album deal worth £500,000, according to the Mirror.

She's done the deal with Xenomania, which is the powerhouse behind Girls Aloud's songs.

It's been set up as a new subsidiary of Sony, with Amelia as its first signing.

A source said: "Amelia will be the perfect pop star and has fantastic hit-makers who were behind some of The Saturdays' and Girls Aloud's best songs. It'll be a great combination."

Amelia's been hard at work in the studio in Kent. We can't wait to hear what she brings out.
