Victoria Beckham’s new collection goes on sale in Harvey Nichols, Danielle Lineker gets ahead of the game

Victoria Beckham's new 'Victoria' collection launched in Harvey Nichols in London yesterday, but famous fans of the cute dresses had already got their hands on some of the key pieces.

Gary Lineker's wife Danielle was spotted at the Arts Club in Mayfair on Saturday wearing the cloud and raindrop dress from VB's spring/summer 2012 Victoria collection.

She teamed the frock with a gold bag and aqua heels for her night out with her pundit hubby.

The mannequins at Harvey Nichols have cat heads, which we LOVE, and we're lusting after every piece.

The bejeweled cat's heads pay homage to the cartoon character who inspired the range, Emily the Strange, the Daily Mail reports.

Victoria said: "This new line serves to channel my inner girl - it is fun and young with a distinct sense of humour. The Victoria range can't help but make you smile with its energy and personality."

Harvey Nichols described the Victoria collection as: "The free-spirited sister brand to Victoria Beckham's eponymous mainline label."

These more casual pieces are sold at a lower price point than Posh Spice's 'Victoria Beckham' collection, with price tags between £375 and £995.

Victoria told Vogue.com: "You can wear everything with heels, but you can wear them with flats as well. And they fit a lot of different people. Nothing's tight: everything's quite comfortable and roomy."

She gave the collection its catwalk launch in New York last September.
