Joining Mario Falcone, Little Chris Drake, Ricky Rayment and Charlie King in the ultimate fitness challenge, the boys showed off their toned torsos after six weeks of a tough diet and exercise regime.

But Arg's weight loss is probably the most impressive, with the 25-year-old losing a whopping 10 per cent of his body fat and shifting two stone.

He said: "Saying 'no' to booze has been tough but I love the results and I’m going to stick at it. Look at me: the girls are going to love it, right? Cheers Men’s Health."

Erm, right.

Meanwhile, Mario Falcone reckons he didn't have to do much to get all ripped, spending more time in the gym during his split from Lucy Mecklenburgh.

The 25-year-old said: "I was in alright shape and I know my body. I knew I could smash this challenge. Next goal for me is the Men’s Health cover. If this is what I can do in six weeks, just watch what I can do in 10."

Charlie King managed to stay humble about the whole thing, admitting that he's getting far more offers to get topless now.

He added: "This has done me all sorts of favours. I’ve had more screen time this series than ever and they keep asking me to take my top off, so it must have worked."

While Little Chris (Drake), lost over a stone and is seriously impressed with his new torso.

He said: "This challenge came just at the right time for me. I never thought I’d end up with abs, I’ll tell you that for nothing."

And finally, Ricky Rayment managed to give up booze and cigarettes to get his body in shape, taking up boxing to shift the pounds quickly.

He said: "I used to be in great shape, but late nights, bad food and booze made me pile on weight. To start with I puked nearly every session and passed out more than once. The workouts were seriously intense."
