Stacey Solomon may have found fame on the X Factor but her singing talents aren't what's won her a starring role in a TV sitcom based on, wait for it… her life.

The semi-fictional programme will follow the same format as US comedy Curb Your Enthusiasm with impressionists Phil Cornwell and Ronni Ancona playing the roles of Stacey's parents.

Stacey will play herself as the show will chart the celebrity's day-to-day adventures, and we imagine the build up to her album release date in Autumn.

A pilot episode is being filmed this week by Princess Productions who are responsible for T4 although it's not sure yet which TV channel will air the programme if it's bought.

Sources close to the show insist to The Sun that there's 'a lot of excitement' surrounding the show and that it's not another reality TV show based in Essex.

This year sets to be a busy one for the Essex girl who only gave birth in May and a few weeks later she's snapped back into fine form on a night out at Funky Mojoe club in Essex.

And amidst the partying and TV sitcom planning, Stacey is also hoping to wed her fiancé Aaron Barham this year as well.

Wow, she's a busy gal!
