Despite Chris, 23, still being on probation for assault against the 24-year-old singer, Rihanna joined her boyfriend in Los Angeles after the District Attorney’s claims that he had fabricated his court-ordered community service.
Following his assault on Rihanna in 2009, Chris was ordered to serve community service as punishment.
However, it is now being contested that Chris Brown lied about completing the court order.
According to TMZ, Rihanna stayed with Chris in his apartment the night before, sitting behind him, his legal team and Mother Joyce during the hearing.
Following the meeting, the judge concluded that he needed more time to review all the evidence against Chris and also wanted to speak with the signer’s probation officer.
Rihanna and Chris were then seen leaving the courtroom arm in arm and will no doubt be seen again in a similar scenario when the next hearing takes place on April 5.
TMZ also reports that despite her best efforts to cheer him up, Chris looked ‘dejected’ throughout the hearing.
Yesterday, Chris Brown took to Instagram to rant about his latest legal issues claiming that a day in his shoes is ‘a day in hell’.
He wrote: "Im wise I can handle the hate but enough is enough yo!!
"Just when everything seems to be going good, some new s**t happens. A day in my shoes is a day in hell, believe it or not! (sic)"
It seems that Chris’ legal issues won’t be going away anytime soon.
