CCTV footage from the night the 37-year-old was arrested have been released, showing Reese arriving at an Atlanta police station in handcuffs and doing the walk of shame into the building.
The clips and pictures show Reese being taken out of the back of a police car in cuffs before an officer leads her inside for questioning.
Reese was arrested on Friday morning after having "one drink too many" and using the old 'don't you know who I am?!' tactic on an officer who was breathalysing her husband, Jim Toth..
Jim Toth was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence as the pair drove home from a party.
Reese reportedly told the office, "Do you know my name? You're about to find out who I am", before he then arrested her for disorderly behaviour.
She released a statement the following day, saying: "Out of respect for the ongoing legal situation, I cannot comment on everything that is being reported right now.
"But I do want to say I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said. It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that was no excuse.
"I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. I have nothing but respect for the police and I am very sorry for my behaviour."
Reese's pal, Chelsea Handler, says the mum of three is "doing fine" following the incident, adding: "She was just trying to protect her husband. I mean, everybody makes mistakes, so it's not a big deal."
