Pregnant Kate Middleton was seen out and about yesterday, shopping for baby bump friendly clothes.
But the 30-year-old Duchess wasn’t spotted in a designer boutique, rather a much more mainstream outlet.
Kate was in fact spied browsing the racks of high street favourite Topshop- much to the astonishment of her fellow shoppers.
To be fair, Topshop is probably the last place you’d expect to bump into our country’s future Queen.
Except JJB Sports, perhaps.
One shocked on looker took to Twitter straight away (naturally) to share with the world what she had witnessed.
She tweeted: “Oh Just an average day, Kate Middleton smiled at me! :) oh best bit... This was in Topshop! Truly Beautiful :) (sic)”
And this is not the first time that Kate has resorted high street fashion during her pregnancy.
Kate was previously spotted in GAP browsing for maternity jeans.
Clearly Kate loves nothing more than a bargain- now that’s our kind of royal.
Kate Middleton is due to give birth to her first child with Prince William this July.
It was recently revealed that Kate is feeling apprehensive about the birth of her baby after talking to a member of the public during a visit to charity Action for Addiction.
The woman who spoke to Kate said: "I did ask her if she was nervous (about giving birth). She said it would be unnatural if she wasn't."
Well at least Kate’s safe in the knowledge that when the time comes, she’ll be rocking up to the hospital in some very one trend high street fashion.
