Pregnant Kate Middleton is GLOWING, but still no sign of a baby bump

Kate Middleton has been hiding away since she was discharged from hospital a month ago after a spell of acute morning sickness.

Kate Middleton is still in the very early stages of her pregnancy, so we may have to wait a while longer before we see her joining the celebrity baby bump club.

Kate Middleton celebrated her 31st birthday earlier in the week, with the palace confirming it'd be a private, low-key celebration.

However, the did Queen confirm yesterday that if Prince William and Kate Middleton have a girl, she'll be given the title 'Princess' rather than 'Lady,' and will be in line for the throne which means privacy will probably be pretty tricky once the baby arrives.

We're so excited for Kate's pregnancy to progress and for her baby bump to appear - AND for the birth of the royal baby.
