Perrie Edwards talks Zayn Malik, reveals the secrets behind their relationship success

They are two of the busiest singers in pop right now so it wouldn’t be surprising if Perrie Edwards and Zayn Malik struggled when it comes to their relationship.

However, despite their ridiculously busy lives, Perrie, 19, has revealed how she and Zayn, 20, manage to keep their relationship afloat.

Talking to Seventeen magazine, Perrie Edwards admitted that the two always make sure they have time to talk to each no matter what.

She explained:"We talk to each other every day either on the phone or on Skype. I think keeping each other updated on what's going on and having something to talk about is the main key.

"I always save my funny stories to tell him!"

Well, considering Perrie’s job as part of Little Mix we wouldn’t be too surprised if she had more than few interesting stories to tell.

With so little time spent together it would be fair to assume that when Perrie and Zayn do meet up the pressure would be on the One Direction singer to impress.

However, it seems that Zayn Malik has it rather easy with Perrie Edwards as she admits that she doesn’t like being wined and dined in fancy restaurants.

She said: "When it comes to dates, I just like going to the cinema or having a night in."

"I can't stand fancy restaurant meals because I just get embarrassed because I'll get food all over myself.

"Things like bowling, shopping, or going to the park are less awkward."
