One Minute Gossip: Moya

We have a One Minute Gossip with Brighton-based singer/songwriter Moya about crushing on David Gandy and Mila Kunis and her boyfriend...

Describe yourself in 3 words
Ambitious, smiley, vivacious

What’s the best advice someone in the industry’s given you?
Be the person YOU want to be. You've got through life just fine being yourself so why change for others. Life is complicated enough without worrying what weight you are or what people are saying about you; so as long as you're happy then all is good!

Tell us your celebrity crush/es?
Boy crush was Heath Ledger and is now probably David Gandy from that Dolce and Gabbana advert! As for girl crush though it has to be Mila Kunis all the way.

Who’s the most famous person in your phone?
Wiley. We met last year as he's a regular in the studio i record in, he's a very nice man i have to say.

When was the last time you told someone you loved them & who was it?
My boyfriend this morning! He just had his appendix out last night so he needs a lot of love today!

What was the last lie you told?
I had a week off two weeks ago and my boyfriend wanted me to get a lot of things done for the new flat we had just moved into. He came home in the evening and asked if i had sorted everything and i might of told him that I had when all I'd done all day was sit on the sofa, ate and listened to music. Needless to say i made sure everything was sorted the next day!

What’s your secret hangover cure?
Banana milkshakes! They honestly do the trick every time.

What’s your favourite sandwich filling?
The humble chicken salad.

What’s your random beauty/grooming tip?
I used to have really bad skin and was prone to blemishes but it wasn't until recently that i found something that actually worked! If you mix tea tree oil and Sudocrem and dab some on the problem areas before you got to bed, you'll have fantastic results in the morning!

Tell us your biggest omg! (shock) moment?
Probably playing Beach Break Live festival this summer, infront of so many wonderful people in the early hours of the morning! It was one of the most overwhelming experiences; pure confirmation that singing and writing are things i have to do for the rest of my life.
