Phew! We were starting to think this reformation was never going to happen.

MKS performed a surprise gig at the Ponystep’s New Year’s Eve party- their first as the original line up in ten years.

As well as performing their first hit ‘Overload’ and number one ‘Freak Like Me’ the girls also sang a special cover of Rihanna’s ‘Diamonds’

And it’s clear to see that the girls have still very much got it.

Siobhan, who was the first member to leave the group also tweeted.

She posted: "Happy new year everyone!!!! Well this certainly goes down as the best yet."

The band recently admitted that they think their latest album will surpass their original 2001 debut ‘One Touch’.

Mutya told Ponystep magazine: "I think it's a step up from the first album. I just hope people will enjoy it. Actually, I know people will enjoy it!"

Well hurry up and release it then girls, we can’t wait much longer.
