It's believed the only thing stopping the Spice Girl was her work over in Australia and now that has come to an end she will move back to the UK for good.
A source told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "She's ready to come back. All her obligations in Australia, where she's been living for two years, come to completion at the end of January."

Mel has admitted in recent interviews that she has no idea what the future may bring but i very keen on taking good opportunities:
"I quite like not knowing what's going to happen, where I'm going to be or how I'm going to do it. I love grabbing different opportunities. I'm very lucky."

Anyone who witnessed Mel's stint on the judging panel this year will know she doesn't exactly mince her words.
Although, of course that did make for some absolutely cracking TV even if she did make an 82 year old man cry.
