When Yahoo! omg! spoke exclusively to Millie Mackintosh, she revealed that the whole situation has been hard on Jamie, Spencer and Louise.

But they were really crazy about each other and Louise was at first scared to go and start things up with Spencer because he'd hurt her in the past."
"Jamie, although he liked her, I think he didn't know if he wanted a relationship. Louise knew that she wanted to be with someone. She didn't want to be playing the field or playing games, she wanted to be in a relationship."
Millie said: "When you've gone out with someone before and you start going back out with an ex you can fall back into it very quickly. You'll have to see what happens with them."
Hmm, that doesn't sound very promising.

She told us: "I know that love triangles are a pretty nasty place to be."
But she did say that the online abuse Spencer and Louise have received from Made in Chelsea fans is wrong. "People always have an opinion and they're allowed an opinion. We've put ourselves out there to do a reality show and yes it is hard when you're having a public fight with someone, but I wouldn't take it as far as lashing out at someone on a social networking site. That's not my style."
Millie Mackintosh is also taking part in the Nature Valley Games. Copyright [Nature Valley]In between filming scenes for Made in Chelsea, Millie has found time to be involved with the Nature Valley Games — a fun, rural take on the Olympics.
Millie explained: "It's amazing that the Olympics are coming to England, but I'm not very talented or gifted as an athlete. I wanted to show my support for the Olympics and Nature Valley is a brand I can relate to because I grew up in the countryside, and I eat cereal bars all the time.
"I'm going to be a team captain — I don't know if I'll have to partake but I'll pick the most athletic ones. I never got to be picked as a captain at school so this is my time now!"
