The posh pair were jumped by three men after spending three evening partying together.
Francis, 24 and Jamie, 23, are known for their extravagant lifestyle thanks to their lives being documented of E4 reality show Made in Chelsea.
With their riches widely known, the two made for easy targets of their assailants who even tried to steal the boy’s Rolex watches.
Francis was so badly injured by the attackers that he was forced to go to hospital where he required stitches.
Speaking to The Mirror about the attack, a shaken Francis said: “It was pretty bad – basically three against one.”
Meanwhile, an insider told the paper that the two have been left feeling unnerved by the attack.
The insider said: “The attack came as a shock to both guys and they’re quite unnerved by it.
“Nothing like this has happened to them before and it has been a wake-up call.
"It has graphically shown them the negative side of laying their lives bare and letting the world know all about their lavish lifestyle.
“They can deal with people not liking the show but to be physically attacked has knocked them for six.”
Francis and Jamie are not the first reality stars to find themselves in jeopardy.
In 2011, Sam and Billie Faiers of TOWIE fame were brutally attacked by a group of women on a night out in London.
And just recently a group of the girl’s fellow cast members were pelted with eggs while filming scenes for the show.
