I’m a Celeb: Ashley Roberts reveals only Nicole Scherzinger was allowed to talk for the Pussycat Dolls and we say goodbye to Eric Bristow

Since entering the jungle we've been waiting to hear stories about her old band mate Nicole Scherzinger and now, finally, Ashley Roberts has spilled the beans.

The former Pussycat Doll was talking to her camp mates about what it was like being in the band when she made the revelation that she and the other girls were banned from talking.

She revealed: "Even in the group I wasn't allowed to talk, we were told to be quiet. Only Nicole was allowed to talk and we would occasionally pitch in."

A shocked Charlie Brooks then asked her: "Only Nicole was allowed to talk, why did they say that then, did that not drive you nuts?"

Ashley replied: "Are you serious? Why do you think the band broke up? U2 are still together and they split everything down the middle."

Ashley was then asked by boxer David Haye if she and the other Dolls equally shared the money they had made while together in which she answered with a definitive 'no'.

Ouch.

Last night also saw darts champion Eric Bristow become the next celebrity to leave the jungle.

Talking to Ant and Dec about narrowly missing out on making it to the final three, Eric admitted that he was a bit gutted.

He said: "I would have liked to have made the last three, I would have liked to have a go at the grubs.

"You got the three young 'uns there, it's worked out alright."

During his time in the jungle, Eric came to blows with Helen Flanagan after she continuously failed the Bushtucker trials.

Eric admitted that he only lost his patience with Helen because the camp were left hungry because of her.

He said: "It was bad because we weren't eating. After a while it wasn't funny anymore."

On who he thought would win the show, Eric predicted that David Haye would take the crown but added: "[That's] unless one of the girls goes for it - they're both strong characters, so it wouldn't surprise me."
