And from the looks of things she was more than happy to be back up on stage doing what she does best.
The songstress performed at the Capital FM Christmas Lights Switch-on Charity Concert in Sheffield last night.
Singing her first audition song 'Last Night' to the crowd, Lucy looked like she was over the worst of her illness.

The singer took a moment to thank the crowd for their ongoing support over the past few weeks.
She said:"Thank you for the support I've been getting over the last few weeks, you've been absolutely amazing.
"That was the most amazing thing that has happened to me."
Following her performance, Lucy took to Twitter to share her delight about getting back up on stage.
She tweeted: "#capitalfmswitchon crowd you were AMAZING. Getting on that stage made me feel the best I have in weeks. Thank you."
Also performing at the gig were boy band The Wanted and former X Factor contestant Misha B.
The Wanted and Misha B released their latest singles this week with both cracking the top ten in the mid week chart landing at number three and number six respectively.
Who knows, maybe this time next year Lucy Spraggan will also be enjoying the same success as her fellow performers?
