She gracefully bowed out of hit show TOWIE last Sunday but Lauren Goodger has now confessed that the real reason behind her departure is because she could no longer handle cyber bullies targeting her weight.
In a candid interview with The Mirror, Lauren described how she would beg producers to alter the camera shots in order to appear slimmer.
She told The Mirror: "I'd beg producers to let me sit at a table so I could hide my legs underneath."
"I felt under so much pressure...most of the girls on TOWIE are quite skinny and can wear whatever the hell they wanted."

Lauren's battle with keeping the weight off has been well documented in the tabloids and online, something that Lauren couldn't handle, particularly the comments left by readers.
"I saw horrible pictures of myself on websites and the nasty comments people posted and it got me terribly down. What can I say? I'm insecure...and I need a break."
"They would poke fun at my weight because they knew it was my weak spot...there have been moments when I have cried. They've called me everything from beached whale to fat c***."
Poor Lauren, who has been on the show for its entire six series, even considered quitting as early as series one.
She confessed: "I've been tempted to quit loads of times, especially during the first series"
"I really questioned whether I could stick it out. But I did and I have no regrets. It was a dream come true to open my own salon, Lauren's Way, and I've just designed my own range of jewellery."
And as for those rumours that she'll be appearing in the next series of 'Dancing on Ice', Lauren remained tight lipped about her involvement.
She coyly remarked: "I'm looking forward to new challenges, nothing is confirmed yet."
That sounds like a yes to us.
