Kate Middleton wants more charity work

Kate Middleton clearly likes to keep busy! The Duchess isn't content with being the celebrity figurehead for four charities, she wants to take on twice that.


The Duchess of Cambridge is dying to double her work load that already includes being the patron of East Anglia's Children's Hospices, The Art Room, the National Portrait Gallery, and Action on Addiction.

And not just that, Kate Middleton is also volunteering with the Scouts in Anglesey. Get your DIB DIB DOB DOB ready!

Her charitable ambitions don't end there either, she now wants to take on more work.

The 30-year-old will spend the next few months visiting selected charities to help her decide who she'd like to support, The Secret Millionaire style!

But charities will have to wait until December until they find out if they're the chosen ones.

Kate Middleton receives thousands of written requests from charities but children and the arts are closest to her heart.

And it won't just be her patron presence that charities are after, she's one royal who isn't affair to get her manicured-hands dirty.

Along with Prince William she raised £1million in just one day for UNICEF when the couple visited Copenhagen late last year.

An Ark charity dinner which saw Kate clad in a Jenny Packman dress raised an impressive £17 million.
