Helen Flanagan might have been crowned the sexiest woman in the UK, but she says she's been too stressed over Scott Sinclair split rumours that she hasn't even had time to eat - let alone think about being sexy.
Arriving on the FHM 100 Sexiest Women red carpet looking slimmer than ever last night, Helen showed off her weight loss in a low cut black Agent Provocateur beach dress.
And while she might have been all smiles at the bash, she told omg! that she's been struggling following rumours that she and boyfriend Scott are set to split.
When we asked her if she'd been on a diet for the event, she exclusively told us: "No, I don't diet. But to be honest, I’ve been quite stressed recently, so I’ve just not really... just not been eating that much... as much, just because I’ve been a little bit more stressed."
Last week, Helen was forced to deny that she and Scott had parted ways "for good", following rumours of more arguments between the pair and 'one final blow-out'.
But she told us they're still very much an item, although they ARE "annoying each other" at the moment.
She added: "I think it’s just because if anyone hears any kind of argument or anything, my agent gets a call.
"It’s really weird, anyone in a relationship will argue and have ups and downs but when you’re in the media everything gets blown out of proportion, you know?
"It’s really annoying because then your phone goes and you get all these texts asking, ‘Are you and Scott still together?’, and it’s like ‘Oh God’.
"We are still together, but we’re like a normal couple - we argue. I think we’re just really annoying each other."
Despite the stress, Helen tells us she was "buzzing" this morning, explaining that the title means a lot to her - especially as she has previously struggled with confidence issues, an eating disorder and depression.
She said: "It sounds a bit geeky, but it’s a lovely achievement for me, because - when I was 16 - I had this eating disorder and then now I've won the Sexiest Woman title.
"It’s lovely to be able to think, 'I can be slim, healthy AND curvy'. It’s nice that you don’t have to be this perfect person - especially as I had all these insecurities when I was younger.
"And I still get a bit nervous talking about it, I don’t want people to think, 'Oh she’s a spoilt little brat, what does she know?’.
"I’m apprehensive about it, I want people to like me, I don’t want people to think, ‘Oh god, she sounds so ungrateful’.
"But when I was younger I’d look through magazines celebrities that I look up to would admit to eating problems, and it kind of made me feel better that I wasn’t on my own. So it’s sometimes it’s a good to talk about it."
And while today might be a day for celebrations, Helen says she'll probably be the most thankful for her award when she's grey and old.
She added: "I'm really flattered. Being brought up in Corrie and always being around that environment and all the older girls would do FHM and things like that.
"I was always like, ‘Oh my god, I want to do that!’. So to win the award for the UK, it’s really nice and quite special for me - and it’s nice to look back at when I'm old!"
