We may still be reeling from her shock exit from the X Factor last weekend but it seems that Ella Henderson has since moved on.

The 16-year old singer attended the Amy Winehouse Foundation ball last night looking perfectly content with her new showbiz surroundings.

Smiling for the cameras on the event's pink carpet, Ella looked stunning in a pretty navy blue velvet dress.

She teamed the dress with black tights and boots while she wore her hair half up in her patented bouffant quiff.

We're pretty sure that will be known as a 'Ella Henderson' across hairdressers nationwide in no time.

Also in attendance was fellow X Factor contestant James Arthur who narrowly avoided the axe on Saturday night after appearing in the bottom two with Ella Henderson.

Scrubbing up well, the camera shy performer awkwardly posed for the camera's wearing a stylish suit jacket and skinny jeans.

Suffice to say we anticipate many more red carpet events in the two's future.

The bash was in honour of late Amy Winehouse who tragically died sixteen months ago.

Producer Mark Ronson also attended the event as well as kooky singer Paloma Faith who seemed to have run out of time when getting ready.

The singer posed in the red carpet with what looked like a towel wrapped around her head.

Next time Paloma, keep an eye on the time to avoid embarrassment.

Other celebrities who came to commemorate the singer and raise money for the homeless included Amy's good friend and singer Tyler James as well as her goddaughter Dionne Bromfield.
