Coldplay’s tribute to Beastie Boys’ Adam Yauch in front of A-list crowd

Tributes have been pouring in for the late Beastie Boys' star Adam Yauch following his death on Friday, and Coldplay paid their respects at the concert in Los Angeles this weekend with a cover.

Coldplay paid tribute to Adam Yauch with their rendition of '(You Gotta) Fight For Your Right (To Party)'.

The audience, which included plenty of A-listers, responded with huge cheers and applause.

Gwen Stefani tweeted a picture of herself with No Doubt bandmate Tony Kanal his girlfriend Erin Lokitz and "hot" Cameron Diaz at Coldplay's Hollywood Bowl concert.

The No Doubt pals had plenty to celebrate, as they've announced they will release an album on September 25 after a ten-year break.

The 42-year-old singer donned a pink leather jacket, polka dot jeans and a see-through white top.

Cameron Diaz was also spotted with her Charlie's Angels costar Drew Barrymore, who covered up her baby bump, and another mum-to-be Neve Campbell headed to the gig too.

High School Musical stars Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale also enjoyed the show, as did Zoe Saldana, Matthew Morrison, Ryan Phillippe, Zach Braff and Brooklyn Beckham with his grandma.
