CBB: Casey and Jasmine need to stop fighting over Lee Ryan like horny teenagers

What is wrong with Casey and Jasmine? This is Lee Ryan, PEOPLE.

For some reason, two women seem to be really into Lee Ryan. Horny sixteen year olds in full-size man bodies wittering on about “friend cuddles” aren’t my thing, but hey - each to their own.

There is no doubt that Lee  - head in hands muttering about “harmless flirting” and “banter” as Jasmine came in to the house to confront him about his womanising before he was evicted over the weekend - is the one to blame here.

Lee Ryan should know that playing two women off each other is not a nice way to behave and that should have been enough to stop him. But he didn’t, and it wasn’t, so unfortunately it falls on those around him to not allow him to treat them that way.

Which means then that we switch our attention to Jasmine and Casey, two women who unlike Lee Ryan, are at least not so delusional that they create versions of recent history which show them in the best light possible, irrespective of the fact that they are being filmed 24 hours a day so everyone knows the truth anyway.

Why are they still fighting it out over this man, setting feminism back a good few decades every time they glower at each other while he mutters excuses?

Jasmine was crying, Casey was arguing over whether she really did offer Lee a blow job, everybody’s dignity had long gone out of the Big Brother house window and it was still quite clear that the second he suggested either of them come back to his for a vodka and coke and a listen to One Love, they’d be hoisting their boobs and heading off after him.

Jasmine even kissed him on the lips when she exited the house; Casey looked devastated when he left.

All of which means that if we’re wondering why Lee Ryan doesn’t believe he’s done anything wrong, it’s because he is receiving a basic level message that this is ok.

That though they might chastise him a bit, he will get away with messing women around under the guise of an excuse that he is “romantic” and “sensitive” and “wears his heart on his sleeve.”

Your sleeve is not the item of clothing that we need to look at here, Lee, it’s your trousers, which seem to be struggling to stay on.

Casey and Jasmine are, I imagine, only the latest in a long line of women who, similar to those who think having sex with Ashley Cole while he vomits is some sort of badge of honour, will let him treat them exactly how he wishes, because they once bought the CD single of All Rise.

It’s the odd, odd power of fame, which for some people supersedes all else and manifests itself like a Harry Potter invisibility cloak for bad behaviour; simply making it disappear.

But in the end, Lee Ryan is no different to the ex that most people have - the one that as soon as it’s over makes you think “Really? Did I go MAD?”; it’s just that this madness happened to be broadcast live on Channel Five.

All that we can hope now is that once the cameras stop rolling, Casey and Jasmine come to their senses, stop fighting over Lee Ryan, and definitely, definitely don’t go back to his for that vodka and coke.
