Beyonce celebrates Destiny’s Child Super Bowl performance with Jay Z, writes emotional letter to bandmates

It seemed like everyone in the world was RIDICULOUSLY excited last night when Beyonce reunited with her Destiny's Child bandmates during the American Super Bowl.

Beyonce was joined on stage by her Destiny's Child bandmates during her half time performance at the famous Super Bowl. And it was uh-may-zing.

After strutting her stuff and shaking her bootylicious body on stage, Beyonce celebrated the massive moment with her husband, Jay Z.

In a candid photo from backstage at the Super Bowl, Beyonce is seen beaming from ear to ear, jumping into Jay Z's arms as he gives her a huge hug. Awww.

She posted the message on her Tumblr, and it read: "What a proud day for AFRICAN AMERICAN women!!!! You are all beautiful, talented and showed so much class! It was an honor to perform at the Super Bowl with you phenomenal ladies. Love Beyonce."

The whole thing was made even more exciting by the fact that the girls managed to keep their Super Bowl reunion a secret.

She said: "I'm going to be in the musical Fela! I hate to disappoint the people and tell them that it's not true."


The Super Bowl performance was followed by the announcement that Beyonce will be embarking on a world tour, kicking off in April. She'll be playing 6 UK shows, four of which will be at London's o2. We need tickets NOW.
