But while she looked magnanimous in defeat, Fiona Fullerton has now blasted finalist Susanna Reid for trying to tactically secure votes.
The former Bond girl has hit out against the BBC Breakfast presenter, saying that she used a 'PR campaign' to try and win Strictly Come Dancing.
She wrote in the Telegraph: ''All those votes from Grimsby couldn't save Susanna Reid, who approached this competition with a PR campaign driven with military precision.''
The actress even criticised the newsreader lack of 'charm', suggesting that she used other means to try and win the public's votes.
She added: ''There was definitely an Obama-style use of social media and a lack of charm that left most of us bewildered.''
