Joan Rivers is heard coughing and complaining of her voice problems in what is believed to be the last audio recording of the legendary comedian.
The 81-year-old can clearly be heard saying "my voice is bothering me" and that she feels like "sh*t" and is "tired" in the newly surfaced recording.
Sounding exhausted and coughing several times in the clip, which was posted on YouTube Monday night, the Fashion Police host starts out saying, "I told you I didn't feel good. My voice has been bothering me. I don't know what it is. So why do I feel like s**t? I'm tired already."
She then tries to read the script, but keeps saying things like, "I feel sick" and "My voice is bothering me. I can't. I have to do it again."
It ends with her griping "That's it — I don't feel good. F**k!".
The recording took place the day she went in for minor, elective vocal chord surgery during which she went into cardiac arrest - before dying the following week.
