Tonight's the night, it's the Final of The X Factor 2012 which will see either James Arthur or Jahmene Douglas crowned the winner. To get us all excited for the epic finale we decided to look back at Jahmene's journey in the competition so far, from working in Asda to performing in front of millions of viewers ever weekend.
Jahmene's very first audition was one of the most memorable from the 2012 series. As he stepped onto the stage in his sharp suit, the Asda checkout boy's nervous giggle gave way to a powerhouse of a voice. His rendition of Etta James' 'At Last' led to a standing O from the judges with his future mentor Nicole Scherzinger telling him "she wanted to eat him up" whilst Gary said it was "off the scale."

From there the Swindon boy sailed through to the live shows with his incredible voice taking centre stage not to mention the fact he's inspired a whole new word: "Jahmazing" . It was at the live shows that Jahmene's traumatic past also came to light with the tragic story of how his father abused his family throughout Jahmene's childhood.
Jahmene's past was never more resonant than in his semi final performance when the 21-year-old dedicated Whitney Houston's 'I Look To You' to his brother who committed suicide in 2008. The emotional performance left Nicole and Gary in tears.

Whilst his renditions have left us all reaching for the tissues, EntWise revealed earlier today that the finalist may not have been quite as tuneful as we thought. According to experts the singer scored the record for the most flat notes in the first part of the final last night (December 8), with a total of 37 bum notes across his two performances.
Will Jahmene's bum notes hinder his success tonight? Who are you backing to win?
