Authorities reportedly found baggies of “white powder” in the room where Sylvester Stallone's son Sage was found dead last Friday at his home in Los Angeles. (July 13)
The 36 year-old died last week and though an autopsy was performed on Sunday it is thought a cause of death will not be known until toxicology reports are returned in a few weeks time. According to TMZ a law enforcement source confirmed detectives had found "several little baggies in the bedroom,” that is currently being tested with the source added that it may be cocaine or crushed Vicodin.
The source added that there were “no obvious” signs of “white powder” on the film-maker's body when he was found.
TMZ also reported that “huge” empty prescription bottles were found in Sage's bedroom with a source claiming they found, “more than 60 gigantic bottles, like the ones in pharmacies." Investigators are said to be “baffled” by where Sage could have got them from speculating it may have been online or several doctors.
His father, 'Rocky' actor Sylvester Stallone released a statement earlier this week claiming that his son had been his “whole universe” and was understandably “devastated” by his untimely death.
